No major product delivery can be left unattended and must be signed off for by an adult of 18 years or older
If a product is required by a specific date which is under 10 days from the order date, always contact us prior to ordering to confirm stock availability or order in advance with a delayed delivery date to be safe.
All Deliveries - Fully Insured (Australia Only)
We can deliver to virtually any address in Australia, we do not ship outside of Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Cost of delivery can vary on the location of the delivery as well as size & weight of product/s being purchased. All deliveries are fully insured when being transported from any transit damage or loss, giving you full peace of mind that you are always protected.
Delivery Options, Time & Terms
From date of order - Delivery in Melbourne is generally 3-7 business days and Interstate deliveries being 4 -10 business days, this can vary depending on the location of the delivery & if the product/s are in stock with Berloni Appliances or need to come from a supplier/manufacturer. Some areas will only have limited days for delivery.
Unfortunately due to being delivered via contracted freight companies we cannot guarantee delivery by or on a specific day. Our specialist service will call prior to arrange a delivery.
Deliveries are strictly non refundable once they are processed. Cancellation fees also apply see below for details.
All our deliveries are based on Standard delivery conditions which is: Easy Access, Level Ground, No Stairs or Health & Safety Risks. Some larger pallet deliveries can only be delivered to an address and not inside a house.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform Berloni Appliances of any hard access prior to delivery which includes: stairs, narrow doors, uneven ground, hills or any other health risk. Then this can be assess if this can be done or if additional fees will apply. Drivers can refuse to complete the delivery if there are any health and safety issues.

Throughout Melbourne Metro we deliver products with our own specialist drivers. We will confirm a date, time bracket & a call prior to delivery.
Standard Melbourne Metro Deliveries (Small Products)
To reduce cost for you, only smaller items are sent via couriers or Australia Post.
Deliveries Options - Interstate & Regional Victoria
Standard Interstate & Regional Victoria Deliveries
Depending on the product, deliveries are done by various freight companies. Deliveries interstate are only done between 9am-5pm on weekdays with tracking details provided via email prior to delivery. You can then see where your delivery is at all times in transit. All deliveries are fully insured when being transported for any transit damage or loss, giving you full peace of mind.
Please note for any standard interstate delivery couriers do not call prior to delivery. If no one is home to accept the delivery the courier will leave a calling card for you, with larger item re-delivery fees may apply. We advise if you are unsure if someone can be home, please get your delivery sent to a business address instead or to avoid this upgrade to a specialist delivery service.
Specialist Interstate Deliveries - Larger Items & Packages
With all our specialist deliveries the driver calls prior to delivery and you are advised of the delivery day. You will also receive an email with full tracking details prior to delivery.
*Free Metro Delivery (Selected Items Only)
Free Delivery items are delivered to any Metro area within that state (Excludes Western Australia & Tasmania) - Includes VIC Metro, SA Metro, NSW Metro, ACT Metro, QLD Metro & NT Metro - On selected items only, listed on product page if included* - If you are unsure if your suburb is within a Metro area please contact us .
Please note Free Metro Delivery is based on Standard Delivery Conditions which is mentioned above in "Delivery Terms"
What is the process once an order is placed?
1. We will send you an update on the status of your order (Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment)
2. Once we send your product/s, you will receive another email with Tracking Details and another noting it has been Shipped
3. Then with the email you are able to track your delivery in transit.
4. All products must be inspection on delivery, with any issues being notified to Berloni Appliances with 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
All deliveries must be signed off for by an adult of 18 years or older and cannot be left at an address, if being accepted by someone else who has not purchased the product, we need to be notified of their full name prior to delivery. All Interstate Deliveries via couriers will be between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
All deliveries are fully insured when being transported for any transit damage or loss, giving you full peace of mind.
Delivery of Packages - SAVE AS A PACK
Very large items or packages will require a shipping quote and you will always have the option of arranging a store pickup by any freight company.

Out of stock/Back Order
If a product is out of stock with us and from the manufacturer we will notify you within 24 hours of the order being placed and tell of you of its approx arrival date.
Installation on Selected Products Only (Melbourne Metro Only*)
Installation of ALL Washers, Dryers & Dishwashers is ONLY available for Melbourne Metro. Installation is only done to existing connections no plumbing or amendment work is done for this basic install - Some brands with Water protections valves on Washing Machines will need larger holes if connected through side cabinets - Any amendments to cabinets are not included in installation and is the responsibilty of the customer to prepare prior to getting this product installed. To clarify please call us.
If you wish you can also delay a delivery if you do not require delivery straight away. For Example: Ordering your products and asking for delivery to be arranged in 1, 2 or 3 months time. *We offer FREE storage for upto 6 months from the date of order (longer term options can be available if agreed to at the time of purchase). To qualify for free storage your order needs to be paid in full and we will also require an estimated delivery/pickup date.
Berloni Appliances requires 3-5 business days for any in-store pickup and 5-7 business days for any victorian deliveries. Interstate deliveries will require 7-14 business days for metro & non metro areas to confirm delivery date.
If any products are confirmed to be faulty by the manufacturer of the product a replacement or repair will be arranged for this product (Service agents will need to inspect the product to confirm the fault).
Goods should be inspected within a 24 hour period and if there is any damage to the product/s Berloni Appliances need to be notified within 24-48 hours of excepting your delivery/pickup. Berloni Appliances must be notified via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (03) 9455 2888. Evidence of the damage will be required in the form of photos to assess the product. In some cases the product may need to be returned to inspect correctly. If an item is deemed to be damaged or faulty this will be covered under insurance or the manufacturers warranty.
We DO NOT accept any change of mind of products for return.
Returned items will incur a 10% admin fee and can incur a re-stocking fee of 20% if ordered in specifically & not swapped for a different product. All returns must be organised within 3 days of original pickup/delivery date. Items must be returned to store and if a return delivery is required this is at the buyers expense. Returned items must be brand new in the original packaging for a standard return. If the item has been unboxed Berloni will try to to assist where possible yet higher re-stocking fees will apply, please note any product that has been used or attempted to be installed with not be accepted - For clarification please call us on (03) 9455 2888
All Agency brands have their own seperate terms & conditions which need to be followed - Brand such as Miele, Vzug, Neff, Asko, Falmec, Whispair, Bertazzoni, La Germania, Falcon & Steel. If an agency brand please refer to the specific t&c's.
All customers have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession to prevent any damage.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Any cancelled orders once order has been arranged, delivered or pickup will incur a 10% admin fee of the total order value. Orders cannot be cancelled in transit. To change an order please contact us (re-stocking fees may still apply).
