This is a Custom made copy of an existing flue for a Smeg KT90 or KT110 Victoria Canopies Only
The Custom made copy is ONLY available in 1 single piece which replaces the main piece. Secondary pieces cannot be made due to special tooling required to create the exact rounded/radius corners.
Choice of pre-drilled holes - This allows for the Smeg Badge to be re-applied or simply select no if you want to leave the badge left off if not required.
Smeg badge is a simple pin system which can be taken off original piece and re-applied by installer or customer.
OPTIONS ARE 1 SINGLE MAIN PIECE REPLACEMENT:
- 1 Standard Single Flue Piece (1 Single Main Piece Only) UPTO 1220mmH
- 1 XL Single Flue Piece (1 Single Main Piece Only) from 1221 to 2000mmH
*This is supply only of the new extension flue - Installation is not included.
Flues are powder coated to replicate the paint of the canopy, flues cannot be custom painted due to the costs being extremely high.
TURNAROUND TIME: Approx 21 business days (Due to being powder coating)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Can I use this new piece as a secondary piece to go into the main provided?
No, The custom flues cannot be used as a secondary flue extension. We simply replace both pieces for 1 single piece replacement due to matching of the rounded corner radius.
2. Is the colour an identical match?
The colours used are the Dulux Powder coating to match the colour of both the Smeg Black & Cream colours to suit the canopies. It is impossible to be exactly the same as the painting processed used is specific to the Smeg Factory yet when installed the colour match suits perfectly.
3. Do you install the custom flue?
No we don't install the custom flue as this is done by the installer of the canopy. If you require a specific rangehood installer please let us know and we can give you recommendations.
4. How do I work out the size I require as a new single piece?
Please refer to the example below on how to work out the size required
5. Can I Return this flue if needed for change of mind?
No, as these are custom made for your requirement. Any issues with the flue including delivery insurance are fully covered in the purchase when delivery is paid for. Pick ups should be inspected by customer at the time.
6. I am still unsure on the details of this replacement flue - Can I get assistance?
Of course, if you are unsure with the process or exactly what you are getting please contact us prior to purchasing. As these are custom made and we cannot get these returned or cancelled once made for a refund.
HOW TO WORK OUT SIZE OF FLUE REQUIRED
Replace the Blue measurements with your own
EXAMPLE:
Overall Ceiling Height: 3000mm
Bench Height: 900mm + Splashback Height: 750mm + Hood Body: 307mm = Total: 1957mm
Total 1957mm - Ceiling Height 3000mm = 1043mm Flue**
**Please note: Make sure to include the flue dropping inside the canopy body or go through ceiling to prevent being short - Add additional to this measurement

Once confirmed measurements are sent through and this has been processed with our fabricator this flue is NON Refundable or Returnable due to being custom made & powder coated.
