These materials do not contain FERROUS METAL which is found in all good cookware to control hear better.

All cookware that is suitable for induction can contain multiple materials (INCLUDING FERROUS METAL) to conduct quick and even heat

The Conversion plate does not come in any other size as you can put any sized item on top of the plate (Bigger or Smaller) - Much bigger than a standard gas flame and also quicker.

**Please Note:

Once the plate has reached a high heat you will need to wait for it to cool down unlike direct contact with an Induction which can go from High to Low with the touch of a button

Info & Tips on using plate:

- Simply place the plate on the induction cooktop and choose what heat you would like:  For slow simmer place the plate on at a low heat

- Some Induction Cooktops will bring up an error on the Power Boost setting due to how quickly the plate heats up - This is not an issue simply drop to a high number below boost

- Plate has been tested on major brands

- Hand Wash only required

- Plate will change colour with heat and use.

- Do not touch the plate only the handle when using as the plate will be hot
