*Price Guarantee - Terms & Conditions

  1. Competitor must be an Australian Registered Retailer Only. Excludes All Auctions (including Online & Marketplaces) & Illegal Grey Importers.
  2. Price guarantee only applies to: Product/s that are exactly the same brand new in box product (same model) that is in stock with competitor at the advertised price.
  3. Can apply to some Ex Display products yet excludes all T2, Damaged, Second Hand Products.
  4. If competitor does not have the item in stock this can be excluded from the price guarantee. Contact us to confirm.
  5. Price guarantee only applies at the time of purchase once an advertised or official proof of pricing is provided.
  6. Deposit is required at the time of the price match/beat to secure and once processed cannot be changed/cancelled. 
  7. Price guarantee excludes when our advertised price is already cheaper with any additional bonus including cashback/gift card.
  8. Example: Product is advertised at $1000 + Bonus $100 Cashback from Berloni Appliances or Designer Appliances. Advertised Competitor Price presented $950. As the price plus the bonus is already cheaper in value this price match is not valid. 
  9. Price guarantee excludes matching delivery where the customer is outside of Melbourne Metro and additional fees apply. Berloni will assist with delivery where possible and review options - Contact us for further assistance on delivery or local depot pick up (Additional fees can apply).
  10. Expired Quotes, screenshots, hand written pricing on cards/paper or any other info not validating the pricing is genuine or live will not be accepted.
  11. Verbal pricing can simply be reviewed by management but cannot be accepted as proof.
  12. Payment in full required if an online store price is being beaten as per any online purchase.
  13. Berloni Appliances Management will use discretion to assist as much as possible to offer the best offer available.

 

Berloni Appliances does not price match on:

  1. Prices offered by online marketplaces.
  2. Competitor's clearance lines, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers, factory seconds; or
  3. Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.
  4. Berloni Appliances reserves the right not to match a Competitor price set significantly below the RRP or Market Price of the product.
  5. Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the competitor

Processing a purchase:

  1. Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.
  2. No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a competitor price match.
  3. Customers who wish to make the purchases via our website will be provided with a unique, one time use PROMO CODE that must be entered at checkout to apply the price match discount. This PROMO CODE can only be obtained by submitting the above price match form

Terms & Conditions - Package Price Guarantee

1. Excludes all agency brand purchases only.

2. To guarantee we will provide you the best package price available, if you happen to find a better package price then ours we will NOT ONLY MATCH IT but give you CASHBACK Voucher that can be used where accepted. Voucher is a choice of major retailers including major shopping, fuel & outlets.

2a. Cashback value is determined on the value of the package.

3. The package must be multiple products above $5000 to apply and must be exactly the same models brand new in box. Excludes T2, Ex Display &  Auctions.

4. Proof of the pricing must be provided to apply, if no proof can be provided Berloni Appliances will use discretion if the price is genuine to purchase on the spot.

5. Vouchers have expiry dates and Berloni Appliances does not take responsibility or cannot replace any expired vouchers.

6. Package pricing and Individual pricing is as per advertising or proof provided for a standard sale. Excludes all finance/interest free terms which incur additional fees.

7. Exclusions apply for some interstate deliveries that are outside of metro areas where logistics cost are not feasible.

8. Berloni Appliances can refuse a package price guarantee if required at any stage.
